It all started when a friend needed help to bring in more customers online and wanted my help. I offered to help, not just to build a website, but to help her business grow. I approached her website as a core business tool, considering everything from the best technologies to use, a customer-centric design, and how to optimize it for search engines so potential customers could actually find her. It quickly became clear that a complete website overhaul was needed to create a website that could truly drive her business forward.
The project became a comprehensive effort across technology, design, and SEO, all strategically focused on business results. Far beyond simple tweaks, it was about crafting a cohesive online presence to attract and convert customers. Seeing her business grow through increased online visibility and customer engagement after launching the revamped website was incredibly rewarding.
